Routine maintenance for Fringing Knotting Machine

1. As lots of contamination and dust during textile processing, it’s requested to sweep the whole machine each shift, the dead-ends could clean with the air gun.

2. Lubrication maintain on moving parts, rotating parts and pneumatic parts.

3. Fastening part need to check every per shift, and have to deal accordingly if any loose.

4. Water and contamination are not allowed for pneumatic parts, related protection should be made.
