This model is specialized of raising synthetic leather base (weft knitted), knitted micro suede, velvet brushed fabrics which require a strong raising power. It can also be used for cotton, woolen and synthetic fabrics.

The main parameters of cylinder speed, fabric speed, tension and raising power are all controlled by inverters allowing a wide variable range.

Main Features:

1. Highly integrated machinery-electric system with 6 inverters, PLC, human-friendly panel, realizing an overall automatic control.

2. Multi-motor system with inverters, concise in structure and convenient in maintenance.   

3 The main parameters of cylinder speed, fabric speed, tension and raising power are all controlled by inverters allowing a wide variable range.

4. The raising roller is driven by pneumatic-fastened V-belt, providing a stable tension. 

5. The micro-chip is able to store up to 99 pieces of raising parameter files.

6. Functions of zero napping and backward/forward threading are integrated.  

7. Mal-function alarm and failure diagnosis.

8. Optional parts as spreading rollers and drying rollers are available for processing different fabrics.

9. This model can also work in groups or form a raising and shearing combined streamline. All units are connected with synchronic equipments, which provide a stable synchronic fabric tension or fabric containers to realize teamwork.
