Composition of each unit:

1.  Feeding and dropping rack

It is composed of profile steel frame, feeding pipe, cloth tightener, Photoelectric centering device, fabric guide roller, etc.

2. Dryer

The chamber is equipped with automatic cloth surface overfeeding device, flat edge stripper and infrared automatic needle alignment. The chain adopts domestic brand chain, the track is casting guide rail, 6pcs chambers, equipped with 12pcs heating fans and exhaust fan, heated by heat source steam.

The dryer frame is assembled and welded by national standard channel steel, the door panel is made of 1.5mm galvanized steel, and the air duct is made of 2mm galvanized steel.

3. Flat cloth dropping

Adopt section steel frame to ensure the stability of the equipment;

4. Electrical part:

The electrical control system is controlled by SiemensPLC and equipped with 10 inch WEINVIEW touch screen. The frequency inverter is SINEE, and the circuit breaker and contact are Schneider.
