Polyester Fabric Softening Stenter Machine Feature

Application:

The machine is applied for the finishing of polyester, cotton, Viscose fiber, Denim etc. fabric.

Machine process flow：

Cloth feeding guide roller → adjustable tension tensioner → cloth guide roller → centering device → cloth guide roller → expanding bending roller → two roll cloth guide of pulp tank → three roll air pressure rolling car → synchronous device → expanding roller → 12pcs roll steam heating drying rollers → synchronous device → blanket machine → cloth dropping device.

Working procedure:

Soften the cloth with a certain proportion of chemical agent, remove the moisture with rolling squeezer, then dry it with drying cylinder, and finally steam ironing and finishing.
