Automatic fabric routing unit 

The unit is made up of electric edge absorber and detection switches, the former is for initial adjusting and the latter for fine tuning.

It can assure fabric edge be fed into clamp, photoelectric tracking are consist of detector and servomechanism.

The detector identify signal and inform motor to positive or inverse rotate and stop, leading silk rod to let clamp do lateral movement until a specific position.

 

Hot Wind Circulation

There are totally 24 sets 4≠ fan used for hot wind circulate, and be driven by 24 sets 2.2kw 4P three-phase asynchronous electromotor, every fan have a pair of spray nozzle on the air outlet.

The dust of hot air be filtered out by copper grid, then be heated by radiator and sucked into the fan, blow onto the fabric by through spray nozzle. When press the button to start circulation fan, every two sets will be powered on alternately in 10 seconds, saved startup power consumption.
