milling and scouring➩dehydration➩drying stenter with chambers➩raising 6 times to 15times ➩wet brushing with softener, smooth, brightness chemical, glycerinum)➩Squeezer water with rollers➩stenter drying with chambers➩ polishing➩shearing➩decatizing➩second polishing➩second shearing again➩decatizing again.

Advantage:

The high efficiency milling and scouring machine MSM061-2 was upgraded based on the original model MSM061-1, its shrink roll and plate controlled by cylinder which having a better adjustment on pressure. The door amplitude can be adjusted automatically through the touch screen, also increased flow control of fan and shrinkage solvent, the former provided a better control on longitudinal shrinkage of woolen fabric and the latter one can assure proper shrinkage solvent been used. All these upgradation will improve both cost and quality significantly.
