How To Do The Woolen Coat Fabric Finishing？

For 100% woolen coat fabric, polyester, acrylic, woolen blended coat fabric finishing solution as below:

1. Milling and scouring machine, for shrinking treatment of wool fabric.

2. Washing machine, for washing the grease and impurity of coarse wool fabric  

3. Dehydration, dewatering the fabric

4. Drying stenter with chambers, drying with 8pcs chambers, chambers Qty. depends on the fabric material.  

5. Raising machine, raising 6 times to 15times, depends on the fabric material.  

6. Brushing with softener, smooth, brightness chemical, glycerinum)

7. Squeezer water with rollers

8. Stenter drying with chambers, drying with several chambers

9. Polishing machine, polish the woolen fabric surface.

10. Shearing machine, shear the wool fabric hair, to make the plush neat and lustrous

11. Decatizing machine, decatize by steam, after steaming, it will give the fabric stable size, smooth & soft touch, and mild luster.

12. Secondary polishing, polish again,

13. Secondary shearing, shear again

14. Secondary decatizing, decatize again, for better finishing results
